This Plan and Environmental Assessment is one of the first interagency implementation plans between administrations with differing land management missions. The project included all aspects of plan preparation, Environmental Assessment development in support of the plan, and formats for each, and required new and innovative approaches to satisfying the policy requirements of each agency while addressing all resource, wildland fire, and protection objectives.
